In response to a number of enquiries received from prospective participants, we would like to clarify the following points regarding conference fees and registration.
The conference fee applies only to participants presenting a paper. Non-presenting attendees are not required to pay a fee or to register.
Should you find yourself unable to meet the payment deadline, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible by email. Similarly, if for any reason you are unable to pay by bank transfer (the method indicated in the registration materials), please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Passive participants who wish to attend the conference dinner are warmly welcome. They should pay the applicable dinner fee and send a declaration of intent along with proof of payment to the conference correspondence address.
